Automatic responses to risk scores, and the record of what they did.
Thresholds
Three thresholds control automatic behaviour:
| Threshold | Effect when score reaches it |

| Flag | Order is flagged |
| Review | Order is sent for manual review |
| Cancel | Order is recommended for cancellation — and cancelled in Shopify if Auto-cancel on score is on |
Presets: Learning (100 / 90 / 70 — cancels nothing automatically), Standard (85 / 60 / 40), Strict (70 / 45 / 25). Presets are also available in General Settings.
Auto-cancel on score
Off by default. When on, orders whose score reaches the Cancel threshold are cancelled in Shopify without you doing anything. Blocklist matches are always cancelled automatically regardless of this switch.
Metrics
- Actions Executed — orders acted on (cancelled, flagged, or sent to review) + checkouts blocked + IPs and emails auto-blocked.
- Threats Blocked — orders cancelled + checkouts blocked.
- Orders Cancelled and Fraud Loss Prevented — confirmed cancellations only, and their total value.
- Success rate — of attempted automatic cancellations, how many Shopify accepted.

Step by step: turning on automatic cancellation
Do this only after a week of watching what gets flagged.
- Open Auto Actions.
- Check the three thresholds (Flag / Review / Cancel). The Standard preset is 40 / 60 / 85. Raise the Cancel threshold to review more and cancel less.
- Turn on Auto-cancel on score and save.
- From now on, orders scoring at or above the Cancel threshold are cancelled in Shopify. Each one raises an alert, and the Success rate card shows whether Shopify accepted the cancellations.
