Risk scoring
Every order and checkout gets a score from 0 to 100. Higher is riskier.
Signals

| Match on your allowlist | Scoring skipped entirely — the order is approved |
Levels

Thresholds are adjustable in General Settings → Fraud Protection Mode and Auto Actions.
Recommended vs. confirmed
FlexifyGuard is careful about one distinction across the whole app:
- Recommended for cancellation — the score says cancel, but nothing has happened yet.
- Cancelled — Shopify confirmed the order was cancelled (automatically, or by you).
Every "Orders Cancelled" and "Fraud Prevented" figure counts only confirmed cancellations.
